Please read before purchasing!! 

Delivery is usually 3-5 weeks 📦 however on some occasions delays can occur 🙈 and are unavoidable so if purchasing for a specific date please contact me before ordering to check it’s possible as no refunds

will be given on items not guaranteed by myself.

Please be aware that on rare occasions parcels can get held by customs, if this happens we will always replace the item however unfortunately no refunds will be given for delays due to items being held unfortunately it is a chance taken.

Once shipped you’ll be sent a shipping email which contains a tracking number for either Royal Mail or Parcelforce it is then your responsibility to ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel. We cannot be held responsible for parcels going missing or being returned due to none collection.

We understand how frustrating 😩 it is when items become damaged but please be

aware we are unable to exchange or refund any item that has become damaged during use. If your item arrives damaged or with quality issues we will replace the item however it must be the same item/size no refunds will be issued 💋
