Delivery Information

Delivery in most cases is 3-5 weeks however during busy periods such as Christmas and Chinese New Year these timescales are subject to change.

All items are shipped directly to me for inspection and repackaging, please be aware that during this time there are NO UPDATES on delivery. Once your item has arrived in and been checked and packaged you’ll receive a shipping email (usually the same day) and delivery in most cases is 1-2 days from receiving this email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to become live. 

Parcel Seizures

On rare occasions parcels can be seized by customs before they arrive with us, we appreciate this can be really frustrating as it adds a delay to your order however unfortunately this is unavoidable and in this case we will replace the item, please be aware no refunds will be given fir items delayed due to parcel seizures.

Christmas Orders

As the run up to Christmas gets busier we do have cut off points for guaranteed Christmas delivery, all orders placed for guaranteed Christmas delivery will be delivered up until our closure for Christmas. If items are required sooner please contact me before purchasing to ensure this will be possible otherwise all orders will be shipped no later than 4 days before Christmas. Please be aware any orders placed after the Christmas cut off will not be delivered until early to mid January.

We appreciate how frustrating it is when there are delays to the estimates provided however please be aware we are unable to provide exact delivery dates and work hard to get all items here and shipped out as soon as possible so please be patient.
