How long is delivery?
3-5 weeks roughly however during busy periods such as Christmas and Chinese New Year there are delays to these estimates and any orders placed after the cut off date for Christmas orders will not ship until early to mid January
How do I pay?
Once your order is confirmed you’ll receive an order confirmation email or text containing bank details for you to complete payment and finalise the order. Please be aware all payments are due within 24 hours or your order will be cancelled and you may be blocked from placing any future orders
Can I have an order update?
Unfortunately there are no updates on orders until items arrive in and are shipped out the same day, the quickest way to get an update is to wait for your shipping email
Do you sell other items not shown?
Yes we can source thousands of items so please contact me if there’s something specific you don’t see on here
Are items available in other colours?
Most of the time other colours are available just message me to find out
Can I exchange if I don’t like it or it doesn’t fit me?
Unfortunately we have a strict NO EXCHANGE or RETURNS policy. Please be 100% on sizing etc before ordering
An item on my order was ready to post but it’s not arrived?
If purchasing ready to post items with other pre order items they’ll all ship together due to one postage fee being paid. If you’d rather they come separately then please contact me to arrange payment of postage or order separately
Do you ship overseas?
Unfortunately we only ship with the UK
My parcel was seized what happens now?
On rare occasions parcels can be seized by customs before they arrive with us, we appreciate this can be really frustrating as it adds a delay to your order however unfortunately this is unavoidable and in this case we will replace the item, please be aware no refunds will be given fir items delayed due to parcel seizures

Please find our size chart below for uk sizes and men’s waist sizes. Please be aware as with all belt sizing it is in CM to the first hole not the total length of the belt
